Congratulations to Professor David Sampson who has been appointed Director for the University's Bioimaging Initiative for five years.  This initiative will cover coordinating and promoting activities across the University in Bioimaging, Bioengineering and related fields. 

He will commence this appointment in February 2008.  .

In addition, Professor Sampson will be Director of the WA State Government e-Medicine Centre of Excellence.
